The Regional Sales Lead is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth and managing the full customer lifecycle across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. This includes generating new business in technical markets and providing market insights to inform global commercial strategy.
Candidates must have significant commercial experience in the biocides or specialty chemicals industry and a degree in a scientific discipline. Fluency in both English and Spanish, along with a proven track record of B2B revenue delivery and CRM proficiency, is required.
