Assist customers in finding wellness products and manage retail operations including cash register use and store stocking. Maintain store appearance and participate in community events and educational sessions to promote health and wellness.

Chatting with customers and helping them find the right wellness products
Running the cash register and navigating tablets/tech like a pro
Keeping the store looking fresh, stocked, and ready to impress
Lifting, moving, kneeling, and squatting—we call it “paid exercise”
Sharing product knowledge and making smart suggestions (hello, upsells!)
Contributing to team goals and high-fiving when we hit them

$14.00/hour starting pay
Monthly bonus potential of $2.50–$3.50/hour (up to $4/hr)
Extra pay for weekends: +$2/hour for Saturdays, +$4/hour for Sundays

Requirements
We’re open 7 days a week, and this role is part-time with hours ranging from 10:00 am to 7:15 pm, with rotating weekend shifts required.
Mon–Fri: 9 AM – 7 PM
Sat: 9 AM – 5 PM
Sun: 10 AM – 4 PM
You may be scheduled up to 15 minutes before or after hours for open/close.
Be at least 18 years old
