The Project Manager will coordinate tax engagements, manage client communications, and ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met. They will also maintain the firm's CRM, organize the CPA's workflow, and handle administrative tasks related to tax return processing.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment. While previous experience in a CPA or accounting firm is a plus, it is not strictly required.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Tax Administrator / Tax Project Manager to join our accounting firm in downtown Salt Lake City.
This is a key role within our firm. You will work closely with a CPA to keep tax engagements, client requests, deadlines, and internal projects moving forward. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys creating order, staying ahead of deadlines, communicating with clients, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You should be comfortable working in a professional, deadline-driven environment and managing multiple priorities at once.
