Overview
ROCKSTAR AMBASSADORS
We are looking for super friendly, outgoing, personable people to help us launch a new program! We are in search of those with an entrepreneurial mindset who can help us pilot a large national campaign aimed at engaging travelers through opinion polls. Interactions and intercept are good but we’re focused on having people participate in a survey that ultimately allows us to collect their information for future communications. Each Key Performance Metric (KPI) such as verified email will entitle you to profit sharing. This means that when the program performs well, you will receive a percentage of the variable fees. We subscribe to cooperative finances, where funding directly benefits the individuals involved in the program. We are committed to investing in YOU. It's as simple as that.
WHAT’S A WORKDAY LOOK LIKE?
Engaging and educating travelers; asking them questions, talking to them about the client, the opinion poll, and what future communication might look like if they choose to participate.
Attending ongoing training sessions to ensure that you are fully equipped and confident, we believe a positive consumer experience is an outcome of a great experience by everyone including YOU
Coaching and audits to make sure everyone is following guidelines and protocols around sales, operations, health, and safety. This is a priority for our company.
Working collaboratively to make sure everyone is exceptional. This means thinking and speaking boldly about our business to unlock the communal genius of our high-performance culture. Without live feedback and accurate reporting, we can’t make a significant impact or deliver tangible results.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
You got to be comfortable speaking with every customer! Can’t be shy!! Did you take drama in high school or perform dance routines with your cousins at family functions? Did your teacher tell your parents you were disruptive in class? PERFECT.
Sales and customer service experience is a bonus!
The ability to work well in a team environment. We lead through serviceof others to model an experience we want for each other, our clients, consumers and the industry. No exceptions, this is our core DNA.
WHAT WE OFFER:
Solid hourly based starting at $30 plus KPI bonus
Flexible schedule, open positions for both full time (40 hours) and part time (16-18 hours per week)
ADDITIONAL INFO:
Transportation or access to public transportation.
Extensive background check is required… Security is pretty tight; we’ll need to ask A LOT of questions.
Will be required to stand for extended periods of time, we’ll make sure you’re rocking some comfortable sneakers but it still probably means sore feet at the end of the day.
