The Assistant Swim Coach will assist the head coach in implementing swim programs and providing technical feedback to students. They are also responsible for setting up swim meets and ensuring a safe, engaging environment for all participants.
Candidates must have at least one year of lifeguard or management experience and the ability to obtain a StarGuard Elite Lifeguard Certification. Applicants must be available to work at least three days a week, including weekends and holidays.
