The Patient Advocate / Wellness Coordinator manages patient communications, schedules appointments, and explains care plan options and pricing. They support the clinical team by following up with leads and ensuring a seamless patient experience within the clinic.
Candidates should have strong communication skills and a professional demeanor, with a preference for experience in healthcare, wellness, or regenerative medicine. Knowledge of services like stem cells, peptides, and hormone replacement therapy is required to effectively guide patients.
