Requires 7+ years of leadership experience in fuel programs, fintech, or transportation, with a proven track record in managing complex commercial relationships. Candidates should have expertise in payment networks and the ability to lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.

The Head of Fuel Strategies is responsible for defining and executing Triumph's fuel strategy across the enterprise. This executive leader will own the growth and optimization of our strategic fuel partnerships, lead the expansion of fuel offerings within the LoadPay marketplace, and drive the long-term vision for fuel-related products and services that deepen carrier engagement while creating sustainable revenue growth.
This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, product strategy, commercial execution, and innovation. This leader will be accountable for maximizing the value of existing fuel relationships, identifying and launching new fuel solutions, and positioning LoadPay as the preferred financial and fuel ecosystem for the trucking industry.
