Responsible for fabricating and installing custom barriers and enclosures around rooftop HVAC units to meet architectural and structural specifications. This includes measuring materials, securing structures, and ensuring compliance with safety and wind load requirements.
Requires 2+ years of experience in construction, sheet metal installation, or fabrication with the ability to read blueprints. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting 75 lbs, working at heights, and traveling as needed.

Job Summary:
The Rooftop Screening Technician is responsible for the installation of barriers or enclosures around rooftop equipment, such as HVAC units, to conceal them from view, protect them from the elements, and enhance the aesthetics of a building. This role involves measuring, fabricating, assembling, and securing screening structures to meet architectural specifications and local building codes. The technician ensures that all installations are structurally sound, visually appealing, and compliant with project requirements while maintaining safety and efficiency on-site. Must be able to travel and work overtime.
