The investigator is responsible for conducting technical operations and airworthiness investigations, including analyzing deviations from policies and reporting findings to management. They also develop data-driven recommendations for maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with safety management system risk-driven audit plans.
Candidates must have at least three years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control and a minimum of two years of secondary or higher education. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of aviation regulations like CASS and SMS are required.

Position Summary: Has authority, through the Director, Supplier Quality & Investigations, over the administration and development of Technical Operation / Airworthiness investigations, providing written reports, detailed analysis, and input into the hazard identification of the Safety Management System (SMS).
Based on the experience level, they will be required to accomplish any or all of the following job duties. Findings will be recorded and conveyed for corrective action and follow-up as required.
