Lead the full project life cycle of workplace and office fit-out projects from initiation to handover. Oversee commercial, design, and project control activities while managing client relationships and ensuring project profitability.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management with at least 10 years of construction experience, including 7 years in an international PMC firm. Must have extensive experience in workplace fit-out projects and essential experience working in the UAE.

What You Will Be Doing
You will be the client-facing lead on a portfolio of commercial office projects for blue chip clients. The projects are often on a regional basis and may require international travel. As the project lead, you will be solely responsible for all facets of the project from due diligence to handover including procurement and design management, client reporting, site observation and client relationship management.
