The Assistant Retail Design Manager will coordinate design teams, manage design programmes, and oversee project documentation. They are responsible for ensuring design quality, managing stakeholder relationships, and maintaining regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidates must have 1–3 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field. Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills are required, along with the ability to be based in Dubai.
