The Studio Sales & Operations Manager is responsible for driving business growth, revenue, and profitability while overseeing daily studio operations. They manage the client journey, lead the front desk team, and execute marketing initiatives to ensure operational excellence.
The ideal candidate possesses 3–5 years of leadership experience in sales, operations, or hospitality. Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in CRM and scheduling platforms are required.
