Support the Land Acquisitions Department in analyzing and executing land acquisition and M&A opportunities across international territories. This includes maintaining deal models, preparing reports, and coordinating the closing process for acquisitions.
Requires a 4-year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field with 2-4 years of experience in M&A or financial analysis. Proficiency in advanced Excel and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish are required.
PURPOSE:
Support the Land Acquisitions Department in the analysis, execution, and closing of land acquisition opportunities under PTI and third-party towers, rooftops, and other ad-hoc Mergers & Acquisitions opportunities across all international territories. The Land Acquisitions Analyst will prepare and maintain routine and ad-hoc analysis, reporting, presentations, deal models, and acquisition documentation, while contributing to data quality, process improvements, organization, and operational efficiencies.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Position works in a normal office environment. Standing, sitting, and walking required daily. Occasional travel may be required.
