La oportunidad
Liderar la ejecución de la estrategia comercial en los Distribuidores (Locales y Foráneos) de la región PEC (Pacífico, Eje y Centro) con base en la ciudad de Pereira, garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas, crecimiento y rentabilidad a través de una gestión efectiva de los equipos comerciales y distribuidores foráneos.
El rol es responsable de analizar el desempeño comercial de la región, identificar oportunidades de crecimiento, generar recomendaciones estratégicas y brindar soporte a la Gerencia Regional del Canal en la toma de decisiones, asegurando la correcta implementación de iniciativas comerciales y el seguimiento continuo de los indicadores clave del negocio.
Trabajará de manera cercana con el Gerente Regional del Canal, Líderes de Ventas, Distribuidores, DX, Trade Marketing, Sales Strategy, Operaciones y otras áreas clave para asegurar la ejecución de planes comerciales de alto impacto, fortalecer la presencia de mercado y acelerar el crecimiento sostenible de la operación.
