The Senior Manager will lead a team responsible for employee transactions, data changes, and payroll processes across all PepsiCo regions using SAP tools. They will also drive HR transformation initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and manage stakeholder relationships to improve customer satisfaction.
Candidates must have over 10 years of experience in HR Operations Management with deep expertise in SAP/SuccessFactors and payroll processes. Strong leadership skills, process subject matter expertise, and the ability to manage complex HR workflows are essential for this role.
This role will lead a team responsible for employee transactions and data changes for PepsiCo associates across all PepsiCo regions on HR tools ie SAP EC, SAP HCM, payroll. The WFA team members would be based out of India ICC location & deliver the services based on SLA model on request through ticketing approach. Work with manager on all transformation activity planned for 2026
