The Data Management Specialist supports the CES Administration Team by managing system maintenance, program creation, and data integrity for homelessness services. They are responsible for quality assurance, compliance with HUD regulations, and maintaining accurate records within the HMIS Clarity database.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in data management, research, or non-profit administration. Mandatory requirements include a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background, drug, and tuberculosis screenings.

ABOUT PATH
Since its foundation in 1984, PATH (People Assisting the Homeless) has pioneered bold and effective approaches to assist people experiencing homelessness. PATH operates services throughout California, connecting our clients to a comprehensive continuum of homelessness prevention, street outreach, employment preparation and placement assistance, individualized case management, supportive services, interim housing, and permanent supportive housing.
ABOUT THE DATA MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
As part of the Orange County Team, the Data Management Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting the work of PATH's CES Administration Team in collaboration with the County of Orange, as the Coordinated Entry System (CES)
Lead Agency, HMIS agencies housing and service providers to connect individuals, families and survivors experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness to housing and appropriate housing interventions.
