The role involves managing a caseload of approximately 100 small clients, focusing on plan administration and compliance testing. The consultant will collaborate with advisors and CPAs to ensure optimal plan operation and design while maintaining high client retention.
Candidates must have 2-5 years of experience in Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution administration with strong knowledge of non-discrimination testing. A bachelor's degree and ASPPA credentials are preferred.
