The role involves partnering with hiring managers to lead direct recruitment, screening candidates, and managing the end-to-end hiring process from posting to onboarding. Additionally, the analyst will coordinate interview scheduling, maintain ATS records, and produce recruitment analytics to support hiring decisions.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition and a strong academic record. Proficiency with AI and recruitment technology is required, while experience in asset management or private credit is preferred.

Hiring Managers across the firm
Talent Acquisition
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and agree the right recruitment approach for each hire.
Lead direct recruitment where possible, building a strong personal network of talent and minimising reliance on search fees.
Prepare and post job advertisements, using AI-driven sourcing tools to reach a broad, diverse candidate pool.
Screen CVs, shortlist candidates and conduct first-round interviews, developing into a confident interviewer who assesses talent through an objective, evidence-based approach.
Prepare offer documentation and support onboarding, acting as the candidate's main point of contact from offer through to start date.
Lead recruitment of summer interns and graduates, building relationships with universities to develop a diverse early-career pipeline.
Recruitment Co-ordination
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications, helping build the firm's reputation as a great place to work.
Maintain accurate records in the ATS and help evaluate new recruitment technology.
Produce recruitment reporting and analytics — pipeline metrics, time-to-hire, source of hire, conversion rates — to support informed hiring decisions.
Individual Conduct rules: act with integrity;

be open and cooperative with the FCA, PRA and other regulators;
pay due regard to customers' interests;
observe proper standards of market conduct.
At least 2 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong academic record.
Comfortable using, and keen to develop further, AI and recruitment technology.
Nice to have: experience in asset management, private equity or private credit; ATS experience.
Takes ownership and delivers on time.
Commercially minded, with an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.
Collaborative, with strong communication skills and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders.
Curious about AI and new technology, and how it's reshaping hiring.
