The technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing commercial HVAC equipment at telecom shelters on cell tower sites. Duties include conducting regular performance checks, responding to emergency service calls, and maintaining accurate daily work reports.
Candidates must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified with at least 3 years of HVAC maintenance experience. A valid DOT physical and the ability to travel extensively within the Derry, New Hampshire area are required.

Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This is a fast-paced and rewarding job that is best suited for individuals who are responsible, self-directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and looking to learn and grow in the Telecom industry. This is a regional position. Candidates should reside within 60 miles of Derry, New Hampshire area.
