The Regional Customer Success Operations Manager will partner with regional leadership to drive operational performance, scalability, and the execution of strategic global initiatives. They are responsible for analyzing business performance, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring the successful adoption of new processes and systems.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Revenue, or Business Operations with a proven track record of leading cross-functional projects. Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills are required, with experience in Salesforce and AI tools considered a significant advantage.

· 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, or a similar role.
· Proven experience leading cross-functional projects in a global organization.

· Data-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience with building AI tools is a strong advantage.
