Job Summary
The Senior IT CRM Administrator configures, maintains, optimizes, and enables the organization's Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) environment and platform functionality to support effective customer and sales operations. This role partners cross-functionally with sales and business stakeholders to translate sales and pre sales requirements into scalable, mobile first CRM solutions that improve customer experience, data integrity, and business performance. In addition, this role applies professional knowledge to resolve complex issues and improve system performance and usability.
