Candidates must have a good to very good Abitur or Fachabitur and strong interest in real estate processes. Proficiency in English and MS Office, along with strong communication skills and team spirit, are required.
Während des Bachelor-Studiums BWL mit Schwerpunkt Immobilienwirtschaft lernst Du die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette der Immobilie kennen: Von der Projektentwicklung, Planung und Finanzierung über die Vermarktung bis hin zu Umnutzung, Leerstand oder Abriss. Damit wirst Du zu einem gefragten Experten der Immobilienwirtschaft mit hervorragenden Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten in unserem Unternehmen.
Das Besondere an diesem dualen Studium: Während der dreijährigen Ausbildungszeit wechselst Du alle zwölf Wochen von der Dualen Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) in Stuttgart zu PATRIZIA in Augsburg und verbindest so wissenschaftliches Denken mit der Praxiserfahrung der Arbeitswelt.
