Job Opportunity: IDD Quality Management Specialist 

Location: Pathways Forward

1100 S. Cameron Street Harrisburg, PA 17104

Job Type: Full-time, Management

Expected Hours: 37.5 per week

Pay Range: $55,000 - $60,000 annually

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Job Summary

The Quality Management Specialist ensures compliance with ODP regulations, strengthens service quality, and supports organizational performance. This position conducts quality reviews, analyzes data, coaches staff on documentation standards, and participates in billing meetings to promote accuracy and regulatory alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor compliance with ODP regulations and Supports Coordination Performance-Based Contracting (PBC) requirements. 
  • Conduct internal quality audits for documentation, monitoring, ISP processes, and Incident Management. 
  • Collect, analyze, and report data related to SC performance measures. 
  • Provide training and technical assistance to Supports Coordinators and supervisors. 
  • Support Incident Management processes and follow-up on corrective actions. 
  • Assist with the development and implementation of Quality Management (QM) plans and continuous improvement projects. 
  • Attend and actively participate in routine billing meetings to ensure documentation and service delivery support accurate billing. 
  • Collaborate with supervisors and administrative teams to enhance consistency and quality across the organization. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field (required).
  • Either hold (or obtain within 1 year) ODP Quality Management Certification (required)
  • Either hold (or obtain within 1 year) ODP Certified Investigator qualifications (required)
  • Experience in Supports Coordination, quality management, developmental disability services, or case management (preferred).
  • Knowledge of ODP regulations, ISP processes, and Incident Management (preferred).
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with electronic documentation systems and data management tools.
  • Act 33/34 clearances required.
  • Accessibility to a vehicle is necessary.
