The VP of Product will lead and scale the product organization, overseeing teams across underwriting, customer experience, and data analytics. We are seeking a VP of Product to lead this evolution. This leader will shape product strategy, strengthen how technology and data drive the business, and build the talent, systems, and operating model required to scale. Key opportunities include simplifying how customers buy, implement, and operate self-funded health plans; advancing automated, data-driven underwriting; turning healthcare data into actionable intelligence; and identifying the next generation of products that improve customer outcomes and company performance.
The VP will inherit an experienced product organization spanning Underwriting, Customer Experience, and Data & Analytics products. This is an opportunity to strengthen and scale an established team—developing its leaders, clarifying operating models, and improving cross-functional execution—while helping define how ParetoHealth creates value for customers over the next decade.
