Oversee regional accounts receivable processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely payment collections. Supervise billing teams, manage payer contracts, and analyze AR reports to identify trends and improve performance outcomes.
Requires 3+ years of experience in ALF/IL billing and proficiency with PointClickCare. A 2-year business degree is preferred, along with strong interpersonal and technical communication skills.
Ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the region to accounts receivable processes.
Ability to understand technical procedures. Ability to read and comprehend policy and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leadership and employees, type 50wpm or more, able to navigate the internet.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
The essential functions of this position require the following physical abilities: Prolonged time at a computer, standing and walking, sitting, reaching with hands and arms, travel by car and airplane, talking and hearing frequently. Perception in vision: ability to adjust focus, close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision.
The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
