The Admissions Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for prospective residents and coordinates the admission process. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage documentation, insurance verification, and facility tours.
Prior experience in healthcare or long-term care admissions is strongly preferred. Candidates should be proficient in EHR systems and have a strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid processes.
