You will work on strategic and operational value-creation programs within portfolio companies, including analyzing business problems and developing actionable initiatives. Additionally, you will manage end-to-end projects, identify quick wins for cash flow improvement, and prepare presentations for management and shareholders.
Candidates should be students from at least the 4th semester of a bachelor's degree, preferably in a master's program, with a background in business, engineering, or finance. Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel are required, along with fluent German and English.
