The specialist is responsible for the safe and reliable implementation of blasting technologies at client sites, including project support and equipment installation. They must provide technical leadership, manage safety risks, and maintain regular communication with clients regarding project progress.
Candidates must hold a degree or diploma in engineering, mining, geology, or a related field. Experience in drilling and blasting operations, along with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, is highly preferred.

Ce poste est essentiel à l’implantation de nouvelles technologies de sautage, ainsi que de technologies existantes, sur les sites des clients, et pour la prestation de services continus pour des applications en surface. Il est également responsable de la gestion sécuritaire et fiable de l’implantation de ces technologies de dynamitage, ce qui comprend le leadership en matière de sécurité, l’implantation et le soutien de projets, ainsi que les communications avec les clients et à l’interne. En tant que membre de l’équipe canadienne des solutions techniques, ces objectifs seront atteints en travaillant au sein d’équipes de projets multifonctionnelles afin de générer des résultats à valeur ajoutée.
En soutenant l’adoption et l’implantation de nouvelles technologies, y compris, sans s’y limiter, le système en vrac 4DTM et les technologies WebGenTM, ce poste est responsable de :
