Voor het Integrated Process Team (IPT) Solids afdeling Weighing and Dispensing (W&D), binnen Pharmaceutical Operations (PO) bij Organon in Oss, zijn we op zoek naar een geschikte kandidaat voor de functie van:
Operator – Weegkamers
De afdeling
Binnen Pharmaceutical Operations in Oss is afdeling W&D verantwoordelijk voor alle weegactiviteiten ten behoeve van bulkprocessen van 4 IPT’s. Afdeling W&D verzorgt in Oss met een team van 13 medewerkers de weegactiviteiten van ca. 20 Active Pharmaceutical Products (API’s) en 60 verschillende hulpstoffen. Tevens worden opslag- en hulpmaterialen gespoeld met behulp van spoelmachines. Dit alles gebeurt in een moderne farmaceutische fabriek waarin de nieuwste (isolator) technologieën toegepast worden. De weeg- en spoelactiviteiten vinden plaats in dagdienst.
De functie
Rapporterend aan de Operational Coach die leiding geeft aan de afdeling W&D functioneer je in het W&D team. Vanuit een gedegen kennis van de processen en de apparatuur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van jouw operationele activiteiten binnen de afdeling. Met inachtneming van de eisen op het gebied van kwaliteit en veiligheid, gebaseerd op dagelijkse walk throughs en visual management, ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van gepland werk en het structureel oplossen van problemen. Tevens ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor tijdige levering van producten onder meer door inhoudelijke controle en correctie van productiegegevens in electronisch batchrecords en SAP systeem. Je bent een belangrijke speler binnen jouw team. Daarnaast lever je bijdragen in dagelijkse overleggen waarin de voortgang van de productie opgevolgd wordt.
Er wordt gewerkt in dagdienst.
Kwalificaties
MBO werk- en denk niveau;
Tenminste 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in de procesindustrie, liefst in farmaceutische of food GMP omgeving;
Kennis van het SAP systeem (pre)
In staat om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te functioneren.
In staat om geavanceerde apparatuur te bedienen en storingen te verhelpen;
Analytisch en leergierig;
Probleemoplosser;
In staat om met veranderingen in een dynamische werkomgeving om te gaan;
In staat om op adequate wijze feedback te geven en te ontvangen;
Kennis van Excel en Word;
Levert bijdragen aan het opstellen van procedures;
Goede communicatieve, sociale en schriftelijke vaardigheden.
