De Maintenance Engineer is onderdeel van Facility Management (FM). FM afdeling is een onderdeel van Facility Management & Maintenance (FM&M) CoE. FM-afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor het technisch beheer en onderhoud van utiliteiten in de fabrieken zoals civiel, stoom, water, (pers) lucht en elektrische installaties.
Over de functie
Als Maintenance Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en continu verbeteren van onderhoudsstrategieën voor technische installaties en utilities. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het optimaliseren van betrouwbaarheid, beschikbaarheid, onderhoudbaarheid en veiligheid van assets gedurende hun operationele levensduur.
Binnen Facility Management & Maintenance (FM&M) werk je volgens de principes van ISO 55000 Asset Management en lever je een directe bijdrage aan het realiseren van veilige, betrouwbare, compliant en kosteneffectieve assetprestaties.
Verantwoordelijkheden
Onderhoudsstrategie en Asset Management
Ontwikkelen en beheren van onderhoudsstrategieën conform ISO 55000-principes.
Opstellen en actualiseren van onderhoudsconcepten (OHCM) en onderhoudsplannen (OHP).
Definiëren en optimaliseren van preventieve onderhoudsprogramma's.
Ontwikkelen van spare parts strategieën voor kritische assets.
Reliability & Performance Improvement
Uitvoeren van FMEA/FMECA's, risicoanalyses en reliability studies.
Ondersteunen en leiden van Root Cause Analyses (RCA's).
Analyseren van storingen, onderhoudsdata en assetprestaties.
Initiëren en implementeren van onderhoudsverbeteringen en Lean-initiatieven.
Verbeteren van onderhoudseffectiviteit en assetbeschikbaarheid.
Data & Systems Management
Beheren en optimaliseren van assetstructuren binnen SAP PM of vergelijkbare EAM-systemen.
Borgen van correcte onderhoudsinformatie en assetdata.
Ontwikkelen van KPI's en rapportages ter ondersteuning van assetmanagement.
Projecten & Wijzigingen
Ondersteunen van CAPEX-projecten met onderhoudsstrategieën en onderhoudsvereisten.
Opstellen van technische specificaties voor modificaties en wijzigingen.
Waarborgen van onderhoudsaspecten tijdens projectuitvoering en assetoverdracht.
Compliance & Kwaliteit
Opstellen en beheren van onderhoudsdocumentatie, procedures en werkinstructies.
Zorgdragen voor GMP/GxP-compliance binnen onderhoudsprocessen.
Beoordelen van onderhoudscontracten en prestaties van contractors.
Kennisontwikkeling
Trainen en ondersteunen van SAP PM-gebruikers en technische collega's.
Delen van best practices binnen de organisatie.
Bijdragen aan standaardisatie en professionalisering van onderhoudsprocessen.
Wie ben jij?
Opleiding
HBO Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek, Maintenance Engineering of vergelijkbare technische opleiding.
MBO+ niveau aangevuld met relevante werkervaring kan als gelijkwaardig worden beschouwd.
Green Belt certificering of bereidheid deze te behalen.
Ervaring
Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen Maintenance Engineering.
Ervaring met SAP PM of vergelijkbare Enterprise Asset Management-systemen.
Ervaring met onderhoudsoptimalisatieprogramma's.
Ervaring met reliability engineering en asset lifecycle management.
Ervaring binnen een gereguleerde omgeving (GMP/GxP) is een pré.
Ervaring met CAPEX-projecten en spare parts management.
