Voor onze locatie in Oss zijn wij op zoek naar een HR Business Partner die energie krijgt van het versterken van organisaties en het begeleiden van leidinggevenden in een dynamische omgeving.
Als HR Business Partner ben je een tactische sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden binnen met name de manufacturing organisatie. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een hands-on aanpak en vertaalt HR-beleid naar concrete acties die bijdragen aan een gezonde, effectieve en toekomstbestendige organisatie.
Je coacht en adviseert managers en teamleiders bij onderwerpen zoals prestaties, inzetbaarheid, samenwerking en duurzame inzetbaarheid. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega’s binnen HR en andere stakeholders, zowel lokaal als internationaal.
Je maakt deel uit van een betrokken en professioneel HR-team in Nederland bestaande uit HR Director, HR Business Partners, een Health Coordinator en HR Support. Samen ondersteunen we zowel de productielocatie in Oss als het kantoor in Amsterdam. De lijnen zijn kort, de samenwerking is sterk en er is volop ruimte om initiatief te nemen en impact te maken.
