We are looking for a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to join our Marketing team to accelerate growth of the company. This will be a multifaceted role where you will wear multiple hats and provide contributions across the full organization. You will be responsible for developing our demand generation engine, building and scaling lead acquisition channels, and achieving pipeline targets.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Build from Scratch: Architect, configure, and maintain our technical marketing stack (attribution tracking, lead scoring, and CRM routing) to ensure data-backed pipeline clarity.
  • Lead demand generation and growth marketing functions from strategy to execution.
  • Own and execute enterprise Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to penetrate high-value target accounts (banks, RIA's, BD's).
  • Maintain a consistent pulse on funnel performance, lead lifecycle stages, and marketing attribution.
  • Conduct continuous A/B testing of messaging, creative, landing pages, and user flows to optimize conversion rates.
  • Research and support the development of enterprise-level demand generation and target account strategies.
  • Develop and maintain automated lead-nurturing workflows, performance dashboards, and campaign reporting models.
  • Working closely with sales, technology, and product teams to align on lead quality and identify product-led growth (PLG) opportunities.

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. Relevant advanced certifications are an asset.
  • 5+ years of experience in a combination of roles across growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise B2B buying cycles; prior experience navigating marketing in complex FinTech, wealth management, or highly regulated SaaS environments is highly preferred.
  • Must have the ability to self-originate pipeline and scale customer acquisition channels from scratch.
  • Hands-on mastery of CRM and marketing automation infrastructure (Salesforce integration, advanced lead scoring, and multi-touch attribution setups).
  • Experience in developing marketing strategies from the ground up, leading execution from an end-to-end perspective.
  • Knowledge of modern MarTech stacks (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Excellent communicator who can translate technical product features into compelling, clear customer value propositions.
  • Self-starter and independent thinker comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative growth environment.
