The Logistics Director is responsible for managing the distribution network, driving operational efficiencies, and overseeing transportation processes to meet company objectives. They will lead teams, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategic plans across warehouses and last-mile delivery locations.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or higher and at least 10 years of experience in logistics management within a large, complex organization. Strong proficiency in distribution-related IT, data analytics, and leadership skills is required to succeed in this role.
