The Customer Care Representative acts as the frontline contact for order entry, shipment tracking, and proactive issue resolution. They also support SME outreach activities and maintain data integrity within TMS and EDI systems.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry. Strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills are required.
