Ondaro, a pure-play ServiceNow Elite Partner, is expanding fast and we’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who’s ready to ride the wave with us. As part of our Growth Marketing team and working in tight collaboration with our Sales organization, you’ll be the spark that ignites new conversations, opens new doors, and fuels our next chapter of growth.
You’ll often be the first friendly voice prospects hear, blending curiosity, hustle, and smart instincts to uncover opportunities within the ServiceNow services market, qualify leads, and tee up meaningful conversations for our sales team. If you love connecting with people, spotting potential, and showcasing what makes Ondaro different, this role is your sweet spot.
What you'll be doing
- Lead generation & qualification: Dive into the ServiceNow market and uncover new opportunities. Engage prospects from inbound campaigns and cold outreach, qualifying leads that fit our ideal customer profile.
- Cold outreach (aka making bold first moves): Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other creative channels. Spark interest, start conversations, and keep the momentum going.
- Relationship building: Build trust with prospects by understanding their challenges and showing how Ondaro’s ServiceNow solutions can help them work smarter, faster, and better.
- Sales pipeline management: Set high-quality appointments, maintain smooth handoffs to the sales team, and make sure every prospect feels like they’re in good hands.
- Data management: Keep our CRM clean, organized, and up to date. Track interactions, log insights, and provide visibility that powers smart sales moves.
- Market research: Stay sharp on ServiceNow trends, target accounts, and competitor activity. Bring fresh intel to help the team think ahead and capture opportunities.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Excellent communication: Spark conversations and keep them flowing - clear, confident, and compelling across every channel.
- Persuasive selling ability: Break down value in a way that clicks, handle objections with ease, and guide prospects to that unmistakable “aha” moment.
- Opportunity trailblazer: Turn prospects into opportunities through cold outreach, creative approaches, or bold persistence within the ServiceNow space.
- Track record of results: Goal-oriented with a history of crushing quotas and understanding what drives strong sales performance.
- CRM proficiency: Comfortable in HubSpot or similar tools, keeping data clean, actionable, and powering a smooth sales motion.
- Presentation skills: Deliver engaging, confident presentations that resonate with prospects and move conversations forward.
- Time management: You can balance multiple priorities by staying organized, focused, and always moving things ahead.

Note: Base salary range is $93,000 to $108,000. This range represents the expected compensation for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range when taking into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
