The Associate Claims Analyst investigates, evaluates, and resolves pre-litigation claims while maintaining clear communication with insureds and attorneys. Responsibilities include reviewing medical records, setting indemnity reserves, and preparing case summaries for committee meetings.
A Bachelor's degree is required, and 1-2 years of experience in legal, insurance, or medical claims management is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a working understanding of medical records are essential.

The Associate Claims Analyst plays a crucial role within the Claims department by responding to insureds after an incident has been reported, providing timely and clear communication regarding their potential claim. Additionally, the analyst is responsible for the investigation, evaluation, and resolution of claims, with a primary focus on pre-litigation claims.
