The Associate Brand Manager will lead the cross-functional process of bringing new products from concept to market, managing the NPD pipeline and packaging development. They will also coordinate between R&D, Ops, and Sales to ensure brand activation and commercial success.
Candidates need 3-5 years of CPG brand management experience, preferably in DTC, health, wellness, or food. A proven track record of successful product launches and a builder mindset for entrepreneurial environments are required.
