The Sr. Loader is responsible for overseeing shipping and receiving operations, including verifying order accuracy and preparing shipping documentation. This role also involves leading the shipping team in order pulling, inventory tasks, and maintaining accurate shipment records.
Candidates must have 2-4 years of shipping and receiving experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with basic computer skills and the ability to use tracking systems.
