The Clinician provides direct therapeutic services to adolescents, including comprehensive assessments and the development of individual treatment plans. They act as a primary liaison between clients, families, and the Department of Children & Families to ensure coordinated care.
A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services is required, with an LCSW preferred and 1-5 years of related experience. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and the physical ability to assist with resident restraint and lifting up to 25 lbs.
The Clinician is responsible for the provision of direct services to each adolescent on his or her caseload, including the development of a comprehensive assessment for each client. In addition, the Clinician acts as a liaison with the client’s family, Department of Children & Families (DCF) Social Worker and outside agencies.

There will be occasions that the use of your personal vehicle will be expected and required. You will be reimbursed for the mileage completed during an Old Colony Y assignment.
