Assist the sommelier by managing the link between the cellar and the dining room during service. Maintain sommelier equipment and offices while participating in cellar management according to quality standards.
A degree in Sommelier studies is preferred, with experience in high-end catering through internships or early employment. Candidates must demonstrate rigor, organization, and a good command of English.

Venez rejoindre l’équipe de la sommellerie (6 personnes) et de la salle du Restaurant Epicure pour participer à la mise en avant des plats du Chef Arnaud Faye et faire vivre des expériences gustatives d’excellences à notre clientèle. Vous continuerez ainsi à développer vos connaissances et compétences en sommellerie auprès de notre équipe de professionnels passionnés.
Nous vous confierons les missions suivantes :
Vous participerez à la mise en place, à l’entretien et au rangement des offices et du matériel de sommellerie dans le respect des standards de qualité et procédures en vigueur au sein de l'hôtel.
Vous assisterez le sommelier durant le service en assurant la liaison entre la salle et la cave.
Vous participerez à la gestion de la cave.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
Formation/Expérience : Diplômé en Sommellerie (de préférence), vous avez acquis votre expérience en France ou à l'étranger en restauration haut de gamme, sur un poste équivalent (via des stages/apprentissages ou 1er emploi).
La rigueur, l'organisation, de bonnes notions d'anglais et le sens du relationnel sont des qualités requises pour ce poste.
