The Junior Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to manage digital product specifications, testing, and system configurations. They are also responsible for coordinating project rollouts, tracking progress, and maintaining vendor relationships through reporting and SLA management.
Candidates must have either an Associate degree with at least one year of lead-level experience or a High School Diploma/GED with at least three years of similar experience. Proficiency in analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills is required, with preference given to those familiar with Jack Henry Symitar and Q2 banking solutions.

You will be responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors, offering expertise in system analysis, specifications, and testing for digital products. Administration and configuration of digital systems, manage vendor relationships, generate reports, and serve as a liaison for project support, and efficiently coordinate project rollout plans and track progress.
To perform this job successfully, you must be able to satisfactorily perform each of the following under direct supervision from your manager:
