Responsabilidades Principales
Examinar y clasificar en lotes los artículos que deben limpiarse, de acuerdo con el tipo de artículo, el contenido de suciedad y la técnica de limpieza requerida.
Eliminar manchas manualmente, si es necesario.
Contar y cargar elementos en lavadoras y secadoras.

Eliminar las manchas manualmente si permanecen después del ciclo de lavado.
Separar los artículos dañados para repararlos.
Ordenar y contar los artículos retirados de las secadoras, doblarlos y empaquetarlos.
Acomodar la piezas procesadas.
Reabastecimiento de productos a granel en ubicaciones de almacenamiento apropiadas.
Adecuado manejo de equipos industriales.
Reposición de suministros.
Asegurar la limpieza constante del área de lavandería industrial.
Uso de equipo de protección personal (PPE) apropiado e informar todos los eventos de primeros auxilios y casi accidentes.
Responsable de seguir los protocolos de sala limpia y BPM (Buenas prácticas de manufactura) para mantener el entorno ISO Clase 7.
Ser un participante activo en el proceso de mejora continua y seguir los procedimientos de control de cambios apropiados.
Organización diaria (6S) y limpieza del área de trabajo y áreas comunes.
Participar y trabajar dentro de las pautas de los estándares de calidad ISO 9001: 2015 en todas las áreas de fabricación de acuerdo con los objetivos de calidad de la empresa.
o Cumplir con los programas de fabricación internos que impulsan la entrega a tiempo.
REQUISITOS (Educación/Capacitación, Experiencia y Certificaciones)
Escuela primaria completa; Bachillerato de secundaria se considera un plus.
1-2 años de experiencia como operaria/o.
