Lead the implementation, training, and optimization of Patient Accounting Systems and revenue cycle applications across a national network of surgery centers. Deliver comprehensive training programs and provide on-site leadership to ensure successful system adoption and operational continuity.
Requires at least 3 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience with a focus on systems training, preferably within an ambulatory surgery center environment. Proficiency in SIS Office, Advantx, and Microsoft Office is highly desired.
Description
The Revenue Cycle Systems Trainer serves as a strategic partner in the implementation, adoption, and optimization of Patient Accounting Systems (PAS) and related revenue cycle applications across USPI's national network of ambulatory surgery centers. This role leads end-user readiness and change management efforts during the conversion of legacy patient accounting systems to SIS Office and other integrated revenue cycle platforms.
Partnering closely with Revenue Cycle Operations, Applications, and Center Leadership teams, this position is responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs and providing on-site implementation leadership to ensure successful system adoption and operational continuity. The Systems Trainer serves as a trusted advisor to surgery centers, helping drive efficiencies, improve user proficiency, and support revenue cycle performance outcomes.
