The Claims Associate will manage the end-to-end claims experience for clients, acting as the primary point of contact between employees, insurers, and TPAs. Responsibilities include verifying documentation, resolving escalations, and ensuring timely settlement of reimbursement claims.
Candidates must have 3-10 years of experience in a claims role within a broking firm, TPA, or insurer. Strong knowledge of group health insurance, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Excel are required.
