We are now looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide executive-level support and contribute to the smooth and effective operation of the Executive Office.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, presentations, and supporting materials
Organize domestic and international business travel, accommodations, and itineraries
Manage correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the CEO
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, clients, partners, and external stakeholders
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and executive documentation
Monitor deadlines, priorities, and follow-up actions to ensure timely execution
Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
Support the CEO in the coordination of strategic projects and business initiatives
Assist in organizing company events, management meetings, and executive activities
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role
Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and verbal
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with CRM systems and digital collaboration tools will be considered an asset
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure
Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Possession of a driver’s license will be considered an additional asset
