At Noda we’re building seamless Open Banking solutions that make payments smarter, faster, and safer. We’re now looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and help drive the next wave of fintech innovation.

What is Noda?

Noda is reshaping online payments, allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants' bank accounts. Now we're looking for a talented Senior DevOps Engineer to be part of our dynamic team.

Your mission:

• Develop and scale IaC (Terraform) with a modular layered architecture (foundation → platform → workloads)

• Build and standardize CI/CD in Azure DevOps (YAML-first, reusable pipeline templates)

• Operate and improve Kubernetes (AKS): cluster lifecycle, workload reliability, upgrade management

• Implement GitOps practices (PR-driven workflows, repository as the single source of truth)

• Strengthen platform security: secretless auth (Workload Identity / OIDC), least privilege access, secrets lifecycle with Key Vault and External Secrets, hardened container supply chain

• Drive automation (Bash / Python tooling) and observability (Datadog, LGTM stack)

• Contribute to engineering culture: code reviews, mentoring, documentation, best practices
  

Your skills and experience:

• 5+ years in DevOps / Platform / SRE roles

• 3+ years hands-on with Azure as a primary cloud (multi-subscription environments)

• Strong production Kubernetes experience (multi-env, real SLA-driven workloads)

• 2+ years of Terraform at modular/layered architecture level

• Solid experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines (YAML-first, reusable templates)

• Hands-on experience with Helm, GitOps practices, and infrastructure as code

• Security-first engineering approach: secretless authentication (Workload Identity Federation / OIDC), secrets delivery to Kubernetes (Key Vault, External Secrets), container supply chain hygiene (multi-stage builds, non-root, image scanning)

• Experience operating high-load 24/7 production under real SLA; background in regulated environments (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, FCA or similar) is a strong advantage

• Experience with both greenfield and brownfield work — able to build new platform components from scratch and incrementally improve live legacy systems without breaking them

• Comfortable in low-process environments: bringing structure, standards, and process where they are missing

• Experience with mentoring, code reviews, and knowledge sharing within a team

• Production on-call experience and understanding of incident response

• Proactive, mature mindset with strong ownership
