Responsibilities

Participants will rotate through four phases covering warehouse operations, counter sales, inside sales, and account management. The program prepares new graduates to transition into a full-time Account Manager role managing territory expansion and customer portfolios.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a college diploma, university degree, or post-graduate certificate in any discipline. A valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and a willingness to relocate within Ontario are required.

WELCOME TO TEAM NOBLE:

When you join Noble as a participant in our Sales Development Program, you will be provided with personalized training and development, comprehensive industry knowledge, and business expertise so that you can grow into and succeed as a world-class sales professional. Throughout your journey, you will receive support from industry leading professionals who will act as coaches and mentors to guide you towards your career trajectory.

 

ABOUT THE PROGRAM: 
At Noble, our people drive our success. We value and utilize your knowledge, passion and drive for results and welcome those that have exceptional relationship building skills to Team Noble. Our Sales Development Program is specifically designed for new and recent graduates who are eager launch their careers and grow into a leadership position as an Account Manager. Over the course of the program, you’ll complete four phases that cover core areas of our business. 
 
THE FOUR PHASES:
 
1. OPERATIONS: Learn the full cycle of our warehouse operations, including how product is received, stocked, picked and shipped to gain an understanding of how these processes impact our service commitment to customers.
2. COUNTER SALES: Gain experience with customer inquiries and processing orders where you’ll get to apply your product knowledge in a customer facing role.
3. INSIDE SALES: Gain insight into our quotations process and support customers through phone, email and the eCommerce platform.
4. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: Learn from industry experts on how to tackle the market and hunt for new business while providing exceptional customer service to your account portfolio.

 

After completing the Sales Development Program, you’ll transition into an Account Manager role within Noble’s Ontario network—owning territory expansion, engaging directly with customers across regions, and working cross-departmentally to deliver growth and long-term success.

Base Salary - $45,000 - $50,000 + Profit Sharing

 

 


Must Haves and Nice to Haves

 

  • Completion of College Diploma or University Degree or Post-Graduate Certificate – all disciplines of study will be considered
  • Demonstrated record of fostering positive relationships with a customer service mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and can balance multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven analytical, influential and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional level of curiosity, drive, learning agility and self-motivation
  • Willingness and ability to relocate within Ontario
  • Must hold a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle
