Provide administrative and back-office support to financial planners and clients to ensure cases move smoothly from contact to implementation. Manage client onboarding, data maintenance, new business processing, and ongoing servicing while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and back-office systems. Previous administration experience in a UK regulated financial services or IFA environment is desirable, along with progress toward industry qualifications.
To provide administrative and back-office support to Nine Edge Wealth's financial planners, paraplanners and clients, ensuring that cases move smoothly and accurately from first contact through to implementation and ongoing servicing. The IFA Administrator uses the day-to-day processing, provider liaison and record-keeping that sit behind the advice process, keeping client files accurate, complete and audit-ready - focusing on accuracy, efficiency and first-class client care.
