Conduct initial intakes and regular check-in calls to support patients experiencing musculoskeletal pain through their care journey. Provide care navigation, education, and clinical judgment to ensure patients receive proper treatment and emergency support when necessary.
Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and English with 2-3 years of relevant orthopedic or telephonic health coach experience. Preferred backgrounds include roles such as Athletic Trainers, PTAs, or Orthopedic Medical Assistants.

Nimble Health is growing and looking for dedicated, compassionate health care professionals to join our health coach call center team.
Salary commensurate with experience and background ($30.00 an hour). Full-time positions are eligible to participate in company benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, LTD, AD&D, Spouse, and Dependent Life. Retirement plan (401k) with company match, paid holidays, and paid time off.
Full time remote opportunities available to begin March 2026. Schedules are Monday – Friday No weekends No holidays. Looking for candidates 12:30am - 9:00pm EST. Remote opportunity Company has an office located in Tampa.
