Provide fast and knowledgeable service to customers at the counter, phone, and email while fostering vendor relationships. Manage order picking, receiving, and local delivery logistics to ensure customer expectations are met.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of customer service or counter sales experience, preferably in plumbing or wholesale. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and obtain a material handling equipment license within three months.
