You will be responsible for screening applications, selecting candidates, and conducting initial interviews. Additionally, you will manage the applicant tracking system and support the organization of the entire recruitment process.
You must be currently enrolled as a student, preferably in HR, psychology, communications, marketing, or sales. Fluency in both German and English is required, along with strong communication skills.
